Four international students from Yunnan Agricultural University recently gathered at Kunming Jiannanshan Cafe for a unique coffee tasting experience. They explored an innovative brew that blends spices brought back by 15th-century mariner Zheng He with flower-fermented coffee. More than just a feast for the taste buds, this coffee tasting event serves as a cultural bridge, sharing the historical connection between Yunnan province and Zheng He, and showcasing the unique charm of Chinese coffee to the world.
