Ideal sightseeing season:
March to May and September to November are the most pleasant times to visit. Mid-September to early November is especially rewarding, with crisp weather, fewer crowds, and vibrant autumn colors sweeping across the mountains.

The scenic area includes four major sections:
•Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
•Suoxi Brook Scenic Area
•Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area
•Yangjiajie Scenic Area

Signature experiences:
1.Marvel at more than 3,000 towering sandstone peaks, unique rocks, secluded valleys, serene waters, deep karst caves, and large natural stone bridges.
2. Hike through lush trails of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, home to rich and diverse flora and fauna.
3. Ride the famous glass-bottom Bailong Elevator — soaring vertically along the cliffs into the heart of the mountains.

Getting there
High-Speed Rail: Zhangjiajie West Station→transfer to the city sightseeing bus for a direct ride to Wulingyuan
Plane: Hehua International Airport→take a bus or taxi to the Central Transport Hub→transfer to the city sightseeing bus to Wulingyuan
Train: Zhangjiajie Station→ walk to the Central Transport Hub (5-10 minutes on foot) →transfer to the city sightseeing bus to Wulingyuan
